Our goal is for each of our members to be confident in all physical endeavours whether it be playing social sport, climbing a mountain on the weekend, playing with your children or simply doing house chores without feeling uncomfortable, weak and injury prone.
Our carefully designed programs are scaleable for all fitness levels and accessible to everyone.
Our program focuses on blocks of periodised functional strength training, High intensity circuit training, cardio and core work to have our members looking, moving and feeling great.

There’s no over the top, in your face, commando style trainers here. Renegade coaches stick to a simple credo: We pick you up on your bad days, cheer you on on your good days and try to teach you something new every day.

We believe the journey towards self improvement through exercise should be a positive one, so we coach from a place of light heartedness and encouragement to help you get over the line every day.
